Details changed to keep clients anonymous.

    Race discrimination

    Constructive dismissal. £22,500 won.

Evidence of race discrimination was identified, including a comparator, and the grievance was not properly investigated. The client resigned and brought a constructive dismissal claim.

    Disability discrimination

    Original role restored.

Moved to night shifts despite a known disability, with reasonable adjustment requests ignored, then placed on a Performance Improvement Plan. We challenged the decision and the employer returned her to her original role.

    Disciplinary

Allegation withdrawn. Reinstated within six weeks.

Invited to a fact finding meeting without being told the allegation. We raised the procedural failures in writing and the allegation was withdrawn.

    Suspension

    £12,500 recovered.

Suspended and moved to a disciplinary without an investigation. The employer later confirmed there had been no wrongdoing.
